The Ewin gaming chair is another reasonably priced gaming chair currently making the rounds in the market.
The EWin brand now features several model series; for this review, we will be focusing on their Champion chair line.
The EWin Champion is available in three variants: blue, gray, and neon green accents with a base color of black.
While it only comes in a handful of color variants, it chose three of the most popular colors attributed to most gaming rigs.
Another take away from these types of chairs is that they are not just exclusively for gamers. For those who work 4 to 8 hours a day in front of the computer, having a chair that provides not only comfort but posture support is vital.
That is the element that the EWin Champion is marketed. How accurate are these claims? Let's go an take a closer look at the EWin Champion gaming chair to find out.
Design-wise, the EWin gaming chair doesn't do much to stand out. It takes the standard racing seat type design.
However, the EWin Champion does look quite sturdy and robust. It appears like the right balance between the sleek ergonomic aesthetic and mechanical and functional design.
As noted above, the EWin comes in three variants. While all three models use black as its base color, it does feature different accents -three. It comes in blue, gray, and green accents.
The gray variant should fit quite well in most minimalist style gaming rigs or the office.
The EWin gaming chair features a contoured backrest that will provide more than adequate support for the user's back. It also comes with both a headrest and lumbar support pillow.
The base frame of the EWin is made from solid steel, giving it that much-needed durability and stability. As for the padding, this gaming chair features dense memory foam for optimum comfort.
It also uses PU leather material as its original upholstery. This provides the EWin Champion with excellent waterproofing qualities. PU leather also helps reduce the overall price tag as this material is relatively cheap.
However, there is the question about longevity which is an issue with furniture that uses PU leather.
Thanks to the PU leather, not only is the EWin gaming chair waterproof, but it is also stain-resistant as well. This is a robust gaming chair that is equally as comfortable as it is durable.
While the EWin won't win any awards when it comes to its aesthetics, it focused more on delivering functionality.
If you are looking for a gaming chair that can easily double as an office chair, you might want to take a look at EWin's selection. Most notably their Champion series.
The EWin Champion gaming chair comes with all the rudimentary features you would expect in this type of chair. Its focus is primarily on delivering pleasure to the user; in that regard, the EWin Champion succeeds.
The backrest can be reclined down to 155 degrees which should provide users with an excellent way to take a quick nap.
The backrest is also contoured quite nicely to provide adequate support on the user's back. The lumbar pillow can be adjusted to provide the correct back support, a vital feature that should cover users of all sizes.
The 3D armrests can also be adjusted from its default 30cm up to 37cm. It is also adjustable to the left, right, forward, and backward.
The EWin takes the user's primary preference for the design and features of this gaming chair. Thus, resulting in a solid gaming chair designed for long gaming sessions.
Overall, the EWin gaming chare can provide a pretty decent level of comfort as well as posture support.
While it doesn't have much in the way of extra features, it is well-made and feels like it is built to last for a long time. That alone is an excellent reason to include this in your shortlist gaming chairs.
One of the EWin Champion's key element is its use of dense memory foam as its primary cushion material. However, even though it uses memory foam, the chair still quite sturdy and firm.
To the point that some customers might feel that the seat cushion would have benefited from being softer.
The seat and backrest all use PU leather as its cover. One of the most common complaints regarding this material is that it is notorious when it comes to heat buildup.
Fortunately, the EWin Champion appears to have evaded this PU leather issue.
I would also like to note the chair's height. It uses the standard hydraulic height-adjustment system that ratchets the seat quite high.
The reclining backrest can be positioned to an almost horizontal position, allowing users the ability to take a quick shut-eye.
EWin has an adjustable armrest that they market as 4D armrests. Their armrest adds another dimension to the gaming chair standards. Not only can it move up, down, forward, backward, left, and right they can also rotate.
One aspect of the EWin Champion that I believe should've been thought over more thoroughly is the lumbar support pillow.
Personally, the lumbar cushion is too low to provide me with the appropriate back support. It also tends to move and shift around as the straps that attach it to the chair cannot be tightened.
I feel this is an oversight on EWin's part. Fortunately, I can easily remove the lumbar support pillow, which I did after a while.
All in all, the EWin gaming chair is an excellent choice thanks to its robust construction and reasonable price tag.
This gaming chair features a lot of qualities similar to gaming chairs that are found at a higher price range.
Assembly of this gaming chair is also quite easy even for beginners. Other than the pillows that feel too small, this is a good gaming chair that certainly earns a place among the top brands you should keep in mind.
